Both stockings finished. I just wish I could capture the true shade of the greenish-brown of the wool. It is such a lovely, warm colour but it just does not appear as such on camera indoors or out of doors.

Each stocking took about twenty hours to knit.
These would fit a very wide man's leg, going up over the knee and held up with garters.
It is really interesting for me to see your socks. The crown is almost the same as the "svikkel" from "my" socks which were worn by a man from my village in Denmark 150 years ago.
Do you make these to sell? I'd be very interested in a pair for my pirate reenactment outfit.
